Triumph turns to humiliation when a high-stakes take-down of a suspect goes awry. Andy McNally has made a critical rookie mistake, ruining a long-running undercover drug sting, and tries to make up for it by going face to face with a volatile gunman who already has one man's blood on his hands.

While other rookies get ready to duke it out at the police department's annual "Fite Nite" charity event, Andy wrestles with a dilemma of her own: Should she keep a promise to protect a domestic abuse victim who has been repeatedly let down by the system - even if it means breaking police protocol to do the right thing?

Andy and Traci are part of a massive first response to a home invasion at an upscale address - an incident that ends up spilling many of the officers' personal secrets. Once the crisis appears to be over, Traci hurries off to handle a personal emergency, leaving Andy alone to confront the armed predator, a surprisingly volatile thief left prowling around the house.

The combination of a heat wave and a city-wide blackout stretches the resources of 15 Division. Gail and Dov deal with an expectant ready-to-deliver mother who won't leave her home while Andy and Sam's discovery of a runaway ice cream truck leads to the possibility that a serial rapist may be on the loose. A member of the squad puts their life on the line to catch the predator.

Chris and Gail trace a license plate to a child abduction alert. Soon the department is in a race to find a nine-year-old girl.

After stumbling on gruesome evidence that Andy's ex-cop father may have committed a murder during a drunken blackout, Andy and Swarek furiously search for proof of his innocence. Meanwhile, Chris and Dov show they're not superhero crime fighters when a masked vigilante dressed like a caped crusader robs their squad car and the unintentional consequences help a drug dealer.

When Andy and Chris make an untimely arrest, they unknowingly compromise a major drug bust. Andy steps up, attempting to salvage the operation by going undercover with Swarek, but a critical change in plans puts both of their lives in danger. Back at the station, Dov learns more about his girlfriend than he wanted to know - forcing him to chose between police work and his love life.

Everyone's living their "might-have-beens". Andy and Gail go undercover as cocktail waitresses to clean up a drug infested club, but get more than they bargained for when their fellow waitress turns out to be the girlfriend of a vicious criminal. Traci wrestles with feelings for her old flame Jerry; Dov and Chris are at odds when a complaint is made against Dov; and Andy opens up about her commitment to Luke

As 15 Division recovers from the shooting of Det. Luke Callaghan, a series of arson culminates in the torching of a laundromat - and the rookies are forced to confront their own burning issues. Chris and Gail take to the streets and encounter a man from Chris's past, while Traci interrogates a young firebug found at the arson scene. Meanwhile, when Andy tries to stop the grieving widow from entering the burnt-out laundromat, the two women are trapped in an unstable building with a burnt corpse and must rely on the Fire Department to cut them free from the debris.

When a police informant is found murdered, 15 Division sets its sights on finding a weak link in the notoriously brutal East Jameson gang. Andy has to work closely with Detective Jo Rosati, a woman who seems far too interested in Andy's fiancé, Luke. Meanwhile, Gail finds herself protecting the life of the only known witness to the crime: a seemingly homeless 12 year-old boy with a shocking secret of his own.

After a seemingly drunken man collapses in the barn, 15 Division is put under quarantine. Andy and Swarek work together to find the accomplice of a dyed blue bank robber. Gail Peck worries about her exposure to the sick man, while Chris goes undercover in a holding cell. And Dov's first date with a sexy bomb tech ends in a thrilling takedown.

15 Division's hunt for an armed robber leads them to the scene of a horrible car accident. While Andy deals with a woman pinned in her car, the other officers must track and apprehend the fugitive.

Peck is accused of murder when responding to a shots fired complaint and one of the victims accuses an officer named Peck of killing his friend. Andy could have accidentally put Swarek in danger, when Brennan catches her in Swarek's apartment,Swarek turns up missing.

Five young and ambitious rookie cops continue to navigate the emotional trials and tribulations of their professional and personal lives. There's a basketball tournament between teams from different neighborhoods. And in the past it gets heated so Best decides is going to work it. And he meets someone he knows who recently just got out. Dov goes into a convenience store and he sees someone behind the counter. Doc asks him to come out, he ducks. Dov tells him to come out, he comes up with a gun and shoots at him. Dov shoots back. Later the investigation the arrives and there and finds no gun. So everyone tries to find it. And the store owner doesn't corroborate Dov's account of what happened. And the guy Best knows upon learning of what happened, threatens retaliation if Dov gets off.

While answering a domestic disturbance call, Andy's personal life is turned inside out when the social worker on the scene turns out to be her estranged mother. While Andy is forced to deal with her issues as she works alongside her mother, Swarek, Nick, Chris and Gail track down the desperate mother in the case.

After the embarrassing loss of a key witness in an upcoming organized crime trial, the officers of 15 Division must turn to a man who claims he is a gifted psychic to help track the witness down. Having taken a leap of faith when his information checks out, they begin to suspect the man's motives. Is he a talented psychic or brilliant con man? The police are compelled to confront some hidden truths about themselves and their fellow officers.

The officers of 15 Division are forced to release a suspected predator for lack of evidence. But when Dov and Chris make a grim discovery -- a missing girl's body, hidden in a deserted ravine -- all bets are off. Detective Luke Callaghan returns to oversee the homicide investigation, and soon realizes this might be the work of a serial killer. When they learn that Andy has been assaulted and Gail violently abducted following the call girl sting, the officers rally in a race against time to track down Gail's captor before it's too late. Following up on a simple lead, one officer ends up directly in the path of the killer. Will it end with the ultimate sacrifice?

Frank proposes to Noelle. Andy works a bank robbery case with Swarek on her first day back at 15. Dov attempts to help an attractive Italian women whose passport has been stolen.

Andy has her sights set on a much-needed long weekend. But when a routine highway check leads to the discovery of a teenage boy in the trunk of a car, Andy and Gail must convince him that no heartache lasts forever... in order to save him from making a tragic mistake.

When a young woman is reported missing, the officers of 15 Division soon discover a possible copycat connection to one of their division's most distressing cases. With the clock ticking, Gail must face her worst fears in order to track down the missing girl.

Everyone at 15 Division, especially Andy, just wants a quick, smooth shift so they can get to Frank and Noelle's wedding. But things get complicated when they get called to a hijacked casino bus full of senior citizens... and when the bride, Noelle, goes missing.

Near the end of shift, 15 Division busts a marijuana grow-op - a case that becomes Traci's first homicide and forces Andy, Nick and Gail to work overtime. Meanwhile, Swarek, Oliver, Chris and Dov head off to Oliver's new cabin for a confessional day of generator repair and male bonding.

After Andy and Chloe take fire from an unseen shooter, the officers realize they are the targets of someone with a grudge against 15 Division. They must continue to serve and protect while in the line of fire.

As Chloe and Sam lie in the hospital between life and death, Andy and Dov get stuck in a diner when an armed robbery takes place. Gail chops her hair off and Andy confesses to Nick that she still loves Sam.

Serving a warrant to confiscate items from an illicit gambler, Dov and Wes come face to face. Gail dumps Holly. Chris plans fight night; Duncan withdraws and Nick Collins takes his place. Chloe assists him.

The rookies undercover mission is aborted when Chris Diaz comes face to face with his personal drug dealer whom he arrests, botching up the mission. Chloe alerts Dov that his friend Chris might be in trouble but just how deep is he in?

Investigating a firebombing in Little Italy, the rookies find a thumb in a trash bag. Andy faces off with Duncan at his hearing; Chris ditches work and Dov goes after him, forgetting Chloe's birthday.

On moving day, the trial run for city's new body cam is deemed mandatory and when a an officer forgets to turn it off her slip-up is caught on camera. Chloe signs the divorce papers and Chris gets into rehab. Gail and Nick partner up and bring in two teenage siblings for possession of stolen property but Nick later finds out the reason they do and helps them out. Andy and Chloe walk in on an assault and the suspect escapes but when he shows up to the hospital to visit the victim, they find out they stumbled into a human trafficking ring.

Andy tries to be cool about the joint investigation with Intelligence which brings Marlo back into Sam's life, meanwhile Chris returns to active duty. After a bomb was found under the car of Judge Constance Sullivan's nanny, Andy and Oliver finds Ted Mcdonald and bring him in but soon after the team realizes the bombs aren't meant for the parents but for their children, for maximum suffering. After Sam gets the whereabouts of the last bomb he decides to take a look at the evidence in case Ted was right about the corruption in the police force but when he asks Andy to retrieve the hard drives from the Evidence room, another I.E.D goes off in the process. Gail reveals to Holly that she wants to adopt and gets an answer she didn't expect while Marlo may have an ulterior motive for her return.

Andy and Traci deal with a missing person case. Dov and Marlo dig deeper in to the Division Bombing while Chris is trying to keep his secret while Andy is dealing with the heart breaking news.

When Nick disappears after his older brother resurfaces with new information about something from his childhood, Juliet is right on his trail. Meanwhile, 15 Division's officer's are on a trail of their own when convict escapes from prison.

A drive-by shooting occurs at a community-outreach baseball game where Gail is trying to impress the woman who decides whether she is suitable to adopt Sophie.

Traci follows Steve, trying to disprove her fears of his having anything to do with the bombing. Meanwhile, Dov, Gail, Nick and Andy work on a risky plan.

Dov and Andy cover a music festival where a girl ends up dead due to drugs. Gail goes to court and is unsure whether lying for her brother is the right thing to do. Nick gives Juliet another chance.
