Jackie Saunders Lost Film

Warning: Spoilers
Stockbroker John Porter ( Leslie T. Peacocke ) takes his wife and young daughter Bab west, after having lost his fortune through poor speculation. Ten years later, Bab ( Jackie Saunders ) has become a real cowgirl and falls in love with neighbouring ranch owner Richard Sterling ( Arthur Shirley ) a former clerk who, through shrewd manoeuvring, struck it rich. However, Bab's mother does not approve of the match, as she has social ambitions for her daughter. When oil is found on their own ranch, she seizes the opportunity to send Bab back East to finishing school. When the girl returns home for vacation, she discovers that her mother and father have separated. The determined girl decides to fix everything up, beginning with her parents' marriage and ending with her own wedding to Richard, the man she always loved.

This brief synopsis is all I can offer the reader for this silent comedy/drama starring the beautiful silent film actress, Jackie Saunders. Tragically it remains a lost film.
