There is no known surviving copy of this film.
Patronage to The Rose Room, a dance hall shown in the film, claimed to have seen a significant loss in patronage after the release of Those Who Dance. A lawyer was hired and a complaint was filed with The Ince Corporation. It was settled out of court for $375 and the dance halls name was removed from the film.
Not long after the release of Those Who Dance, a noted prohibition film, the director Lambert Hillyer and his wife were charged with possession of ten quarts of liquor and concealed weapons. They were eventually fined $1,000.
