This may be the first cinematic use of the classic sight gag "Walk this way," enacted by butler Tom Ricketts, who later repeated the gag in Frank Capra's "Broadway Bill" later the same year.
This film's earliest documented telecast took place Thursday 23 November 1939 on New York's pioneer experimental television station W2XBS. After being locked up for well over a decade, it was taken out again for airings in San Francisco Thursday 12 March 1953 on KGO (Channel 7), in New York City Saturday 29 August 1953 on WABC (Channel 7), and in Los Angeles Thursday 3 September 1953 on KECA (Channel 7).
