As Lt. Hamilton and Sgt. Warde talk to the police captain, they hand him a neat police file which he opens. As the camera cuts for a closer look, he's suddenly holding a bunch of papers.
About 34 min. into the film Adam flags a taxi. There is a white Chevy in front of the taxi stand. When the taxi pulls up the Chevy has been replaced with a different car.
The mismatched storm windows on Carl Martin's house appear early in the film at 11:49 min, but are gone in later scenes of the house.

Early in the picture, when Carl Martin (Adam Williams) leaves the little girl Carmelita (Connie Vera) with her broken doll, he has a trailer hitched to his car with a trash can located right up front. Starting out, the can has a lid covering it, but when Carl arrives at the garden shop, the lid is gone.
When the police are up at Martin's place to apprehend him, as the chase begins, the whole crew is reflected on the police's black car.
When Carl returns to his car after fleeing the police, there is a reflection of a crew member in the partially rolled down rear passenger window.
