At the beginning of the final scene at the Trevi fountain, the fountain is dry and being cleaned. While the characters are there, the fountain begins to flow; when they leave, the fountain is completely full--not a possibility given the size of the fountain and the period of time over which the scene occurs.
At the farm, the large round loaf of bread can be seen to have been precut before Giorgio's cousin picks it up to cut off a slice.
