This was Arthur Davis' last cartoon as director for Warner Bros. Many printed sources erroneously credit Friz Freleng with directing this cartoon.
According to the cue sheet at Belgian Society of Authors, Composers, and Publishers, seven original music cues by Milt Franklyn were also used in this cartoon: "Around and Over", "Back Road", "Drum Contest", "Favorite Spot", "Moving Up a Step", "Night Club Spots", and "Tears Falling". It is unknown which sections they play in, however.
This was the last Daffy Duck short that Friz Freleng has involved in the classic era until It's Nice to Have a Mouse Around the House (1965).
Daffy has been depicted as married in a few cartoons, but his wife is a different rendition in each.
