An aged movie
eranr14 December 2004
It's a real awkward movie, filled with aged visual gags and bits of wooden acting (and hints of nudity). Not a promising start as it is. However, it has its good bits to enjoy. The long time duo companionship of Gideon Zinger and Yacov Ben-Sira is working wonders on the too few joint scenes, and the musical numbers - members of several of Israel's foremost mid 60's vocal groups are among the cast - are exceptional.

It's not a recommended view, but it can pass an evening. At the very least, Israeli viewers can sit around the television and try to identify the young actors appearing in this movie, later to become some of the best actors in the country.
