In the graveyard scene, Phyllis underwear is visible. They are pink, patterned with flowers. A few minutes later, her underwear is seen again, but this time is blue with a different flower pattern.
Before being raped, there is blood on Mari where Krug carved his name. After the rape scene when Mari gets up, you can see her chest with no blood, but after she gets up after praying, her chest is covered in blood again.
When Weasel and Sadie are chasing Phyllis through the woods, Sadie takes off her jacket and throws it on the ground. It later reappears and then disappears again.
During the dinner scene Krug asks "Mind if I smoke?". When he exits the scene, the candle he used was extinguished and in the next scene it was still lit.
After Mari put her peace symbol necklace on Junior's neck, on the next shot the necklace completely disappears.
The bulletin on the police radio identifies the escape vehicle as a "dark green 1958 Cadillac convertible", when in fact it is a 1962 model.
Mari breathes and moves when her parents find her body (the original intention was that she should still be alive at this point and would identify her attackers before dying).
When the killers first pull out Phyllis's severed arm to show Mari, the fingers are moving.
When Weasel says, "How's your back, baby?" to Phyllis, she spits in his face, but Weasel closes his eyes before she spits.
The Collingwoods' mouths don't move when they speak after finding Mari's body (again caused by editing when changes were made to the ending).
Near the end of the chainsaw sequence, a crewmember's hand is visible on Krug's back.
Krug is not possibly old enough to be Junior's father.
