Sex & Nudity

Violence & Gore

  • A man gets shot by a gun and blood comes out of him.

Profanity

  • How can this over 30 cuss words film get a PG rating? I guess people are accepting of profanities now.
  • A fair amount of coarse language is featured in the film including a racial slur. Worst words are the N word, which appears later in the film; b***h, a**, son of a B***h, and a few religious exclamations such chrissakes, or G*****n. Other milder profanities are featured as well.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • This film was made in the 1970s when smoking was still allowed on airplanes. Many people are seen smoking and drinking on the flight throughout. Some characters are fully inebriated.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The entire movie has a tense feel to it as people are nervous due to a known bomb threat. One of the characters thought to be responsible is mentally disturbed and sometimes has disturbing flashbacks. However young children will not know the difference and may be oblivious to this.
