Apart from Shirley and Ken, Wolfie is called a different name by each main character; Ken/Shirley- Wolfie, Tucker- Smithy, Dad- Yeti or Chairman Mao, Mum- Foxy, Speed- Smudge, Harry Fenning- Trotski, Ronnie Lynch- Wally.
In season 3, one of the episodes is called "Only Fools and Horses". Writer, John Sullivan, would of course later use this title for his next and most successful series. This episode also features a guest appearance by Wilfrid Brambell, as a lift operator.
In the 2010's Mike Grady ( Ken) and Tony Millan (Tucker) wrote a pilot script for a new series called "Senior Citizen Smith" with Robert Lindsay and most of the suriving original cast agreeing to star and with a producer attached. However, Kevin Sullivan, (the son of creator/writer John Sullivan), who now managed his late father's estate (and which still owned the rights to the show) refused permission for the idea to proceed.
