Alice Cooper recorded the piano ballad "No Time for Tears" for his scene in this movie. Mae West rejected it, saying her character would never cry over the loss of a man. The song was ultimately replaced with the peppy disco number "Next Next". "No Time for Tears" was included in the boxed set "The Life and Crimes of Alice Cooper," but "Next Next" has never made it onto an album.
The press kit was issued with a pink cassette tape, like the one featured in this movie, which included the songs from the film. A soundtrack has never been commercially released.
George Raft: Himself. Raft starred in Night After Night (1932), Mae West's film debut. He had recommended her for the role of Maudie Triplett.
