The magazine the Count is reading in the first scene is shown in close up as "Pizazz", but in longer shots is "Ladies Home Journal."
Vlad Tepes, the real Dracula, was named "Vladislav", not "Vladimir", as he is incorrectly named in the film.
After biting the wino and waking up with a hangover, Dracula says "Vat vas dat eediot drinking? It tastes like the Volga River at low tide!" The Volga doesn't flow through or near Romania, so a Romanian count wouldn't be familiar with the flavor of its water. And the Volga empties into the Caspian Sea, an endorheic basin which isn't connected to the oceans, and doesn't experience tides.
Ar one point, Dr. Rosenberg prefaces his comments to Cindy with the words, "The first time this happened..." A few seconds later he refers to another incident with the preface, "The time before that..." This is chronologically contradictory.
