Sex & Nudity

  • During the scene where Bond enters the temple, the girl from the glass shop wears a very revealing low cut, high slit dress. The dress barely hides her nipples. Also, the astronaut trainee women appear wearing tops that are only held together by a small circular clasp midway down.
  • It is implied that the "astronaut trainees" have been selected to repopulate. Bond references Noah's Ark: 2 by 2, male and female. The "trainees" hold and and kiss during this scene.
  • A woman is named Dr. Holly Goodhead.
  • In the title sequence you can see naked silhouettes but unlike the other movies there's a part one of the women's breast are lit and you can see her nipple clearly.
  • Bond has sex with Corinne Dufour. We see some kissing, hear some innuendo, and later see them in bed together; all we see is their upper torsos: Dufour displays some cleavage.
  • Bond has sex with Holly Goodhead. There is more kissing and innuendo. We see her in bed the next morning, obviously naked, but covered by sheets.
  • Bond has sex with Manuela. He asks what there is to do for five hours. Then we see him pull the belt out of her revealing robe and it starts to come open. We later see them in different clothes.
  • Bond has sex with Holly Goodhead a second time.. There is kissing and innuendo. We see floating in 0 gravity with a blanket around them. We see their upper torsos, with mild cleavage on Goodhead's breasts, and their legs from the knees down. They are up against each other and obviously naked.
  • It is implied that a Russian general is spending the night with a woman, who is dressed skimpily. We see her sitting in his bed with an alcoholic beverage.
  • Women wear very revealing clothes. Some wear bikini tops so small that we can see almost all of their breasts. Others wear thongs or tiny bikini bottoms. There are also high-cut skirts and low-cut dresses.
  • Some innuendo such as "attempting re-entry."

Violence & Gore

  • There is lengthy boat chase in which several boats with bad guys shoot at Bond's boat. Bond drops some mines which blow up one of the enemy boats in a large explosion, and a torpedo hots one of the other boats, blowing the men inside out of it and exploding the boat. Bond hang glides out of his boat and it, along with the last enemy boat, go over a waterfall..

  • There is quite of a bit of explosion in this movie.
  • A lot of the violence in this movie is done in a comedic way.
  • There's a large battle between agents and Drax's minions outside of the Moonraker, and many deaths by laser are seen, though no blood is seen.
  • A woman is chased down and killed by dogs but it occurs offscreen. We see the dogs jump her and hear some growling, but the camera pans up and we do not see the attack.
