One of the Most Forgettable Shows Around

Warning: Spoilers
Lawrence Pressman was gaining credibility for shows like the hardly watched Mulligan's Stew, with Elinor Donahue and Johnny Whitaker. Unfortunately he took a step back with this offering in the early '80s, a shlockneyed attempt at inane humor with a nervous man surrounded by suggestive women. Whether that was the scenario or not, I don't know, never watched the show, but recall Pressman with possibly Sorel in promos with him acting sheepishly and she leaning on his shoulder, going all 'ooh-la-la'

Pressman managed other credible works, best remembered to me as one of the suspects in the TV murder mystery around this time with Robert Preston, Jeff Goldblum, Patrick Macnee and Lynn Redgrave. Brilliant film.

Unfortunately, Ladies Man didn't measure up anywhere near.
