Good medical drama

Star Trek's Mr Spock actor, Leonard Nimoy, plays a surgeon who has a patient called Kathy Morris, a singer who suffers a brain tumour. This is a really enjoyable TV movie that comes from 1980, an era when medicine was not as advanced as it is now. The actress playing Kathy is beautiful with an angelic singing voice who played her role perfectly.

It IS brain surgery

Competent Disease-of-the-Month TV movie. Leonard Nimoy as the people-person brain surgeon every patient hopes for. Quite detailed depiction of the operation. Based on a true story.

Standard.
