Entirely forgettable film made in Drunken Master's wake

Warning: Spoilers
I saw this one under the title WILD BUNCH OF KUNG FU. It's a typical low budget quickie, one of many made in the wake of DRUNKEN MASTER that owes a debt of inspiration to the Jackie Chan starrer. Once again Simon Yuen is the main draw here, this time playing a baker who has a fine line in dumplings and who also puts his skills to use as a wise old kung fu master.

Unfortunately his pupil in this movie is less than impressive, a slightly overweight chap who lacks the charisma and natural ability to be an interesting kung fu star. The plot is lightweight and rather flimsy, consisting of the usual training sequences and fighting back against a predictable enemy. Even for fans of this kind of stuff, it's an entirely forgettable slice of kung fu cinema.
