When John is having dinner with Elizabeth dressed as a man, she smokes a cigar and coughs. John reaches for a glass of water to give to her and in the next shot it's an alcoholic beverage instead of water that she drinks.
When Elizabeth is sitting on the floor of the gallery arranging how to hang artwork, she is not wearing her white gloves. As she laughs at the man hanging the artwork, she has her hand to her face and she is now wearing the white glove. In the next scene she corrects the man and again, the glove is not on. She then gets up to receive her flower delivery and the gloves are back on.
When buying the bed John jumps on it, knocking over a vase in the background. However a moment later, the vase reappears.
Before John unbuttons Elizabeth's blouse, she puts her arms behind her head. But as he's unbuttoning, her arms are at her side. When the camera pans back to her face, her arms are behind her head again.
John presents Elizabeth with the scarf/shawl he'd just bought her and wraps it around her. In the next scene, the scarf is nowhere to be seen.
When John turns on his stereo to play Joe Cocker's "You Can Keep Your Hat On" for Elizabeth's striptease, the speaker switch on the power amplifier is in the off position.
