As fans of movies and TV, we have seen thousands of guest stars grace our screens only to disappear forever after their purpose has been served. But once in a while a performer gives life to a character that can not be contained to just one or two episodes. Once in a while a performer brings to life a character that doesn’t just perform in a show, but comes to define it. Thus is the story of Steve Urkel, the lovable nerd from next door that was only meant for a single episode but in the hands of the talented Jaleel White became one of the most iconic characters in television history. But sometimes when you craft a character so beloved, it is hard to shake them, as audiences, and casting directors, only see that character in you. Sometimes you work so hard to shake that character from audiences...

Taking "Dancing with the Stars" back to the teenage years, Danica McKellar and Candace Cameron-Bure are seen costarring together in the 1990 TV movie "Camp Cucamonga," long before taking their battles to the dance floor.
Also adding to the 1990's nostalgia, "Camp Cucamonga," features the talents of "Friends" beauty, Jennifer Aniston, "Family Matters" stud Jaleel White, who starred as the beloved Steve Urkel, "The Wonder Years"' Josh Saviano and finally "My Two Dads" actor Chad Allen.
Cameron Bure, smiling in the clip and wearing her signature "Full House" hairdo, gets jealous of Danica's dance skills, whcih appear superior to her own. Cameron is then seen trying to master dance moves for the group's performance, and McKellar's character arrives to lend a hand, only to replace her without warning.
The two dancing stunners eventually put aside their differences in order to film a music video at the camp, but Cameron can't...

Dancing With the Stars flashback! Turns out, long before Danica McKellar and Candace Cameron Bure began battling it out on the ballroom floor, the two costarred together in the 1990 TV movie Camp Cucamonga, in which they played rival campers. Oh, and in case two of the most beloved '90s TV stars appearing in a 1990 television movie isn't enough to make you feel nostalgic, then let us point out that the flick also features a star-studded cast, which includes A-lister Jennifer Aniston, Family Matters' Jaleel White (aka Steve Urkel), The Wonder Years' Josh Saviano and My Two Dads' Chad Allen. In the clip, a young Cameron Bure, who is sporting her signature Full House bangs, is seen getting...

Maybe these child stars are the smart ones — the ones who escaped Hollywood before their fame trains collided. They're the ones who could offer Amanda Bynes some advice. Before anyone calls these former stars has-beens, consider paying regards to their success at finding stability. Still, we miss you guys! The world isn't the same without Kimmy Gibbler and Ferguson Darling.

What she's up to now: "Here is something no real celebrity will ever tell you: film acting is not very fun," Wilson wrote on her blog in March 2012. The '90s staple says she has no plans to return to acting. Wilson graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in 2009 and is now working for nonprofit education group Publicolor.

You heard the prompt: The 10 Hottest Former Child Stars. Can I confess something? It's harder to think of these than you think!
Let's face it, everybody's looks peak at a certain point, and if you're a child actor, there's a distinct chance you'll look your best at age 11. That's not the case with these 10 gents, who've grown up into seriously studly creatures. Here they are, ranked and ready for scrutiny.
10. Jonathan Lipnicki
The Jerry Maguire kid apparently enjoys the gym. The onetime kid star's body is basically an adamantium sheath, and he's also perfected his photogenic stoicism.
9. Chad Allen
Yes to gay child actors who come out, and Yes specifically to alums of the 1990 TV movie Camp Cucamonga, which I consider the Gone With the Wind of summer camp movies featuring G. Gordon Liddy in a supporting role. Chad's hot, out, and readily shirtless. Phew.
8. Devon Sawa

I love when Inside the Actors Studio grills people better known for television or music than movies. Who can forget when James Lipton turned to Jennifer Lopez and said, "Tell us about U-Turn." I cried through the laughter through the tears. The same situation applies to Jennifer Aniston, who is forced to answer questions about Leprechaun, Picture Perfect, and Camp Cucamonga, if we're lucky. Here are the first previews of her conversation with Lipton, which include special insight into The Break-Up and her NBC television series about pals.

Leave it to Jennifer Aniston, lovable TV star-turned-Horrible Boss, to introduce a new frontier on Bad Movies We Love: the lovable, horrible TV movie. Three cheers for network budgets and forgettable scripting! Low-five! This week's selection is the summer camp non-classic Camp Cucamonga, which features an unphotogenic cavalcade of NBC stars (Candace Cameron! John Ratzenburger! Jaleel White!), Wonder Years cast members for coming-of-age credibility (Danica McKellar! Josh Saviano! Not Fred Savage!), and so much of Jennifer Aniston's old nose that she looks like... an unpolished, Degrassi version of Jennifer Aniston. Cute!

There's no doubt the Dish Rag is a fan of Jennifer Aniston. We'd like to take an extremely fond look back at her earliest roles.
Do you remember the TV version of "Ferris Bueller?" Jennifer Aniston took over the part of Jeannie Bueller from Jennifer Grey, who played Jeannie in the movie.
How about the made-for-tv-movie "Camp Cucamonga?" It was a staple of our childhood viewing. Aniston was the hottie camp counselor Ava Schector. NBC knew she was going to be a star, even in 1990.
Of course we can't mention Jennifer Aniston and not mention "Friends!" Aniston was brilliant as spoiled-rich-girl-turned-independent-woman Rachel Green for ten seasons, garnering 5 Emmy nominations and 2 Golden Globe nominations, with one win of each award.
Happy 41st Birthday, lady! Hope you had fun in Mexico!
