To be nice I will say this movie was just OK that is if you want to see a parody/ comedy version of the movie "Pursuit of Vengeance." There must be a reason why "A Warrior's Tragedy" is hard to find and hasn't been remastered like the prior movie of this story.
It reminds me how the quality of kung fu movies (with some exceptions) went down during the late 1980s and early 1990s. To makeup for a lack of athletic well choreographed kung fu, they replaced it with over the top unrealistic sped-up action scenes, explosions, and too much corny comedy. Well designed assassin duels are replaced with a cloaking device and an extended chariot dynamite mortar chase sequence. Funky 80s sound effects. What was funny was the constant hair covering half of the main character's face to hide how much older he looks in this movie. I'm sorry to say this because I think highly of Lung Ti and a lot of his other kungfu movies. To see a better version of this movie I would recommend watching "Pursuit of Vengeance" instead.
