- Sexual conversation, remarks, and jokes including references to sperm and masturbation and a little risque flirting.
- A teenager watches a pornographic movie and we hear some sexual noises from the movie. A teenage girl accidentally walks in on a man providing a sperm sample(we just see her reaction to him).
- A woman on top of a man, having sex. As the woman cartwheels into the bathroom, she is fully naked(we see her butt and the back of her breasts briefly).
- A teenage girl wears a sexy dress to go on a date.
- A girl gets on her knees to help and man remove some fringe from his belt and a woman walks in on them and briefly thinks it is something sexual.
- Some kissing and Whoopi Goldberg and Ted Danson have a passionate, intense, and comical make-out session.
Violence & Gore

- Several scenes of major slapstick including some slapstick slapping, pinching, and comical threats. In one scene, a man gets attacked comically by a bear while shooting a car commercial and his jacket is shredded and he is briefly and comically electrocuted(we later see snipets of this scene in a car commercial on TV). During another commercial shoot an elephant chases a woman on a bicycle resulting in the man on top to be comically knocked around and several minor car accidents also result.
- A woman on a bicycle is hit by a car and she is hurt but survives.
- A man grabs a woman's bike, tears the bell off, and throws it. Played for laughs.
Profanity

- 1 F word(a woman says "f**k you" to a man to which he responds "apparently we already did.").
- Regular use of other PG-13 language such as "s**t", "ass", "asshole", "damn", "hell", "goddamn", "crap", "titty", "nuts" and "woody"(for male genitals), "son of a bitch", "bitch", "penis head", and "drain the lizard"(a urination reference).

- Whoopi Goldberg's character rides her bicycle recklessly through the city streets and as a result is hit by a car and injured. The scene could be upsetting for children.
