During the final battle, the Guyver Zoanoid (Crane) lays his right armblade into the Guyver's (Sean) chest, making him spill jets of blood through the armor's "face airducts". After the battle ends and the Guyver reverts back to Sean to escape with Cori and Atkins, his shirt is intact and there is no visible sign of injury whatsoever.
When Crane first transforms into a Zoanoid in front of Sean, his shirt opens itself between shots.
Sean's haircut changes from about an inch to less than half an inch on the sides alternatively throughout the film, sometimes between scenes that take place moments apart from each other.
When Sean jumps off the cliff and transforms into the Guyver. He lands on the ground leaving two scorch marks. If you look behind them, you can see the real foot prints of where he was actually standing.
When Sean is reading the paper about the "Armored Vigilante" The article below explains the current depicted scene.
When Sean first kisses Cori, you can clearly see that there are no marks on the back of his neck where the Guyver comes out of. She grabs the back of his neck about halfway through the kiss (perhaps to mask that he is missing the Guyver marks) but it is already obvious that they aren't there.
When running towards the "bear attack", Sean activates the Guyver. Close ups of the armor attaching itself to his body show that's not really Sean as his arm and leg are both seen not moving even though he's running to where the attack is occurring.
Virtually none of the guns have the proper sound effect, especially in the first few scenes. They all have the higher register of a suppressed or "silenced" pistol. This is especially noteworthy with the pump action shotgun.
When the heroine is being rescued by her transformed father, the jack lifting the jeep can be seen as he lifts the front end.
Shortly after flipping the jeep, a black car can be seen driving by in the background in what's supposed to be a deserted area.
