- A toddler aged boy is briefly shown with full frontal nudity.
- A man and woman are briefly seen embracing on a movie on a TV. The woman's breasts are shown.
- A naked woman tumbles out of a cocoon, covered in brown goo. Her breasts are shown.
- A woman's breasts are visible in a mirror, as she tries on bras while wearing panties.
- In her attempt to seduce a mate, a woman takes her top off in the middle of a crowded nightclub, and continues to walk around wearing only a bra over her upper body.
- A man orders a woman to undress. She takes her bra off and both her breasts are clearly shown. He goes in to kiss her and she backs away, she spurns the mans further sexual advances, but he ignores her protests and grabs her firmly, telling her that she know(s) what (they) came here to do (i.e. have casual sex). The woman stops resisting and gives the man an open-mouthed kiss.
- A woman with a blood-covered mouth washes in a shower. She is naked.
- A group of scientists discuss how an alien/human hybrid woman has begun menstruating and is seeking a male to impregnate her.
- A man and woman discuss phoning a man to warn him he is about to copulate with an alien.
- A man comes out to his hot tub to find his female house guest sitting in it, naked. She immediately advances on him and begins kissing him incessantly. She tells him its not to soon for them to be together. The woman hastily tries to peel the mans swimming trunks from his body, but he tells her to slow down. When the man attempts to leave the woman to answer his front door, the woman says Don't go. I want a baby. When he rejects her again, she drowns him in the hot tub.
- A woman dashes, naked, into a stranger's car. Her breasts are seen.
- A woman has a dream of a man entering her room and taking off his shirt, implying that sex is to follow. No nudity is shown.
- Various brief shots of a man and woman undressing for sex and lighthearted foreplay are shown intercut with another scene. One of the woman's nipples can be seen briefly.
- A man enters his motel room and is surprised to find a woman in it. To the man's surprise, she removes her dress and her breasts are exposed (and shown from multiple angles). She approaches the man and kisses him, and he removes just his shirt. He is then shown on the bed unbuckling his belt. He asks her about protection, but she only climbs on to the bed and prepares to have sex with him. They are next seen, both naked and having sex with the woman on top.
- A woman's breasts are seen during a conversation in bed.
- A man stands outside a motel room door and hears sexual noises. He then goes to another room and informs another man of what he heard.
- Various brief scenes of an alien giving birth are shown. The mothers breasts, though alien in nature, are clearly identifiable.
- A tentacle shoots from an alien woman's nipple and attempts to strangle a human.

- A man is killed when he is thrown across a traincar (he's shown with a broken neck and blood on his face and mouth).
- A woman is gagged and tied up in a car. A woman drives at high speed driving down a hill and the woman rolls out of the car. The car speeds and slams into a profane tank causing explosions and she is killed.
- A mice grabs a severed tentacle and becomes a predator to other mice. He eats other mice with his tongue and kills them.
- A man accidentally hits a woman with his car, the woman is sent to a hospital where most of her injuries are healed, the woman then leaves the hospital.
- A monster is burned to death in sewer water.
- Scientists attempt to use cyanide gas to kill a young girl in pajamas.
- Most of the many very violent and gory scenes involve the alien. She kill numerous people by using her tendril-like appendages. In one scene, a girl has tendrils erupting through her skin, then the tendrils turn into worms. She then becomes a pulsating, bloody cocoon. Female train conductor has windpipe crushed by alien cocoon.
- Woman sitting on toilet has spine ripped out through wall.
- Sil cuts off her thumb with a clip. Her severed thumb then regenerates.
- Wormy things replace the thumb and then it becomes an actual thumb again. Another person's thumb is cut off but off screen.
- Man is killed when alien kisses him and jabs tongue through his head.
- Another man is drowned in a hot tub by wrapping tentacles around his neck. The authorities arrive and find the hot tub filled with blood.
- She kills another man while still astride him after having sex, he is mauled to death and we see bloody scratches on his face/neck and body. The alien then comes crashing out from the walls of a hotel and out into the sewers.

- The alien child is roasted to death with a flamethrower.
- The monster dies by having its head shot off by a giant shotgun with a lot of blood spurting out.
