Nerdly Nature Nut Meets his Soul-mate

I'm sure that this tale of romance among the weird is supposed to be quirky and touching but its overlong, underconcieved, and too boring for words.

Neither of the main characters is interesting enough to make us care about what is apparently a beginner's exercise in film-making.

I'm amazed at how far the film makers have come since this was made.

Its always a bad sign when my patience is exhausted less than a third of the way through a short film and if it had been any longer I probably wouldn't have made it through the full 12 minutes but I kept hoping that something redeeming would happen.

I've actually liked most of what Jamie Babbit has directed and I consider both Ari and Ethan Gold to be very talented but this piece should NOT be considered representative of any of their works. In fact it shouldn't be considered at all.
