This special MTV concert was recorded at Warner Brothers Studios in Burbank, California on May 23, 1997 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of their bestselling album "Rumours."
The first full length concert reuniting Fleetwood Mac with Stevie Nicks (who had left in the early 90s) and Lindsey Buckingham (who had left in the late 80s). That line-up would stay for another 20 years until Buckingham was fired from the band in 2018.
The concert and subsequent album were named after Henri Matisse's painting Dance, which shows five nude figures linked in a circle experiencing the feelings of emotional liberation and hedonism.
