Presented by that King of Sleaze Harry Novak comes this film about a woman who leaves her film career in Rome(no longer wanted) and comes to stay with her sister who married a millionaire. While there she devises a plan for her brother-in-law's brother and servant to have sex with her sister after being drugged with a an aphrodisiac in the hopes that her brother-in-law will divorce her sister and marry her. Whew! Some plot. The film was made in Denmark and really is nothing more than an excuse to show lots of softcore sex scenes. The film shows lots of softcore sex scenes. But despite this basic element, I found the film intriguing. One thing which aids the film greatly is the acting is better than you usually get in films of this ilk. The girls are beautiful to be sure, but they also have some talent, albeit not a lot. The ending is absurd and senseless, yet there are some good scenes within. The party scene in particular showcases some fine comedic performances by some older neighbor couple. The story is interesting yet has some major problems. The story is suppose to take place in England, yet the cars have the steering wheels on OUR side. A small yet powerful mistake in credibility. But before I get to bogged down in analysis, I don't want to give you the impression that this is something other than what it seems. It is not. It is a sex film and on that level delivers, yet it is not plodding in its storyline and actually has other elements of interest. One other thing...pay no heed to the tagline about a "woman possessed by a satanical force." It has nothing to do with the movie at all!
