I'm glad I can say that I've seen this movie

God, if you ever have a chance to see this movie, run to the theater! Of course, since you've searched for this title, and it's pretty damn obscure (i.e., unknown) then you obviously know something about it. I saw this movie about a year ago at a screening at UCLA. It's a shame that this movie only played in LA for about a week, and if you don't go to UCLA and know about screenings, then you were out of luck. Luis Meza's script was hilarious, and the lead has obviously studied his Buster Keaton. That's the closest analogy I can make for this movie about a slacker that doesn't have any good luck--his situations are so absurd, all you can do is laugh at the abusive girlfriend he can't leave, his most valued possession that's stolen right in front of his house, his "Mexican friend", and the floating Guardian Angel. What other movie has all of these elements, or any for that matter?
