In the Urbish Mines: Level 3, the player has to ride the mine cart to gain access to the Urbish Mines: Level 4. After finding Paulson, the player can exit the Level 4 via teleporter without having to go back on the mine cart. If the player does exit via teleporter and return to the mine cart on Level 3, the cart is back to the same place where the player first discovers it.
In the CD-ROM version of the game, when the text and speech are on at the same time, some conversations and/or statements throughout the game that are seen in the text don't match exactly what is being heard.
When you talk to the inventory clerk at the Urbish Mines, Bacatta will tell him that the Larkhon at the entrance is dead. If you enter the Urbish Mines without killing the Larkhon, Bacatta says the same thing if the Larkhon is alive.
When using magical items (wands, guardian orbs, aces) to defeat enemies, there was a glitch in the game where the main character would gain the experience toward their spell casting skills instead of the selected character using the magical item and if the main character is unconscious, none of the other characters would gain any experience to their spell casting skills when using such magic items. This glitch has been corrected in the CD-ROM version.
