This forgettable VHS porn feature has been inadequately preserved on DVD by Cinderella, with terrible video transfer and poor editing, removing characters and entire sex scenes. Before you say "who cares?", well, I do.
Wendy Whoppers shows a gleam of comic talent, hidden behind her massive jugs that literally fill the screen at times. She's the title character, intent on performing a brain transplant on banana republic dictator Joey Verducci.
Jonathan Morgan is the prime minister out to get rid of Joey, by hook or by crook, after humping the president's lovely wife Tina Tyler. Mark Davis is the hitman who ends up with the dictator's brain in his head and vice versa.
It's nonsensical nonsense, as opposed to the usual nonsense, with Morgan overacting miserably and the humor decidedly low-brow, or no-brow at that. Tara Gold retains a credit on the DVD but her sex scene is missing along with Joey Silvera (who doesn't get a credit).
With the 64-minute botched DVD out there and available, it merely makes the VHS original a collector's item of sorts.
