This is an early Mister Magoo short from 1950. There will be spoilers ahead:
Mister Magoo is playing billiards when Hot House Harry decides that Magoo's house will be the next house he and his gang are going to steal. The disturbance caused by their attempt to steal the home causes Magoo to decide he needs to move.
He drives off, his house is jacked up onto a truck, which passes Magoo when they drive off with his house. Magoo's house is put on a site and opened up to be sold. Guess who the first visitor is? If you said "Mister Magoo", you get a cookie.
Magoo doesn't even realize it's his house. After a series of misadventures, the police arrive, Harry gets chased out and Magoo "wins" back his own home!
The short has its moments and several nice bits. It's a fairly decent short. This Magoo and all the other Magoo theatricals are on a DVD box set done by Shout! Factory. The set is excellent and the short is worth watching. Recommended.
