Originally a BBC Radio 4 episode from the second series of 'The Shuttleworths', this one-off TV special I saw by chance, since then I have become a huge fan of Graham Fellows's work.
'Europigeon' charts John Shuttleworth's attempt to get his "finest song to date" 'Pigeon's In Flight' accepted as the UK entry into the 'Eurovision Song Contest'. With the so-called help of his next-door neighbour and sole agent Ken Worthington (also played by Fellows).
This fails and eventually John hits upon the idea of offering it up for Norway to enter instead.
If you enjoyed this then you should also see '500 Bus Stops', and listen to the radio series of 'The Shuttleworth' and 'Radio Shuttleworth'
