They are passionate advocates of foster care and ending the current foster care crisis. Laura Dickinson is a soloist from Southern California. Known for her extensive work on Disney's animated hits Phineas and Ferb, Sofia the First, and Jake and the Never Land Pirates, Laura also serves as a vocal director and vocal contractor for Disney TV Animation. This series on stewardship teaches that our money is really God's money, and He wants to see in all of us, whether we are rich or poor, a desire to be generous, giving people. Today's message: "Leading Through Giving." Jefferson Bethke is an author and content creator with his wife, Alyssa. They've written eight books and five workbooks, and also create e-courses on relationships, theology, and identity. His new book, To Hell with the Hustle, looks at how we should let go of what our culture tells us to do, and embrace the life God wants for us. Jefferson's book is available wherever books are sold. The Voices of Hope Children's Choir, directed by Sarah Grandpre, is part of the Shepherd's Grove/Hour of Power ministry. This group of 1st through 10th grade children is a professional youth choral program which offers musical excellence and a performance experience in a safe and supportive Christian environment. This program has quickly grown, and in 2018 competed on "America's Got Talent" receiving a Golden Buzzer in their audition and making it all the way to the semi-finals. They continue to uplift and inspire with every performance, bringing joy to the audience and performers alike. With us today are Brandon Lane Phillips and Jeremy Miller. Brandon was born with a congenital heart defect, which resulted in him receiving a life-changing wish. Jeremy Miller is best known for his role as Ben Seaver on the hit 1980's television show, "Growing Pains." This series on stewardship teaches that our money is really God's money, and He wants to see in all of us, whether we are rich or poor, a desire to be generous, giving people. Today's message: "Rich Toward God." Barry Zito is a former pitcher who played for the Oakland Athletics and San Francisco Giants. Barry is a Cy Young Award Winner, a gifted musician, and now an author. His new book, Curveball, highlights his life story, and how fame and fortune could not fulfill him in the way Jesus ultimately could.
