An expat Croat (Cinco) has a scheme to return from Germany to his home and wife and collect his pension--faking his own death and riding alive in his coffin back to his home. But a doctor wants to harvest his organs for transplant into a wealthy German businessman. His friend Marinko, pursued by the Yugoslav Secret Police, is disturbed by visions of their dead friends singing. Together they make their way back home. Set in 1991 as Yugoslavia is falling apart, the film is by turns hilarious and tragic.

Cinco (Ivo Gregurevic) wants to come back home to Croatia after he's been working in Germany for 15 years. He fakes his own death so he can collect insurance money, but on his trip home with his friend Marinko (Ivica Vidovic) who is chased by Serbian (Yugoslav) secret police UDBA, he finds himself in lots of funny and strange situations. Ivo Gregurevic is the best Croatian actor today and his performance in this film is excellent. Many, many famous actors can learn from this man, because he is the right actor for any kind of role. I strongly recommend this movie to everyone who have a chance to see it! I give this movie 10/10.
