Usually broadcast on the lowest audience hours of the night or early morning, this series was never so much intended to be popular or even watched. It was only produced by "la Cinq" channel, in the cheapest way possible, in order to conform to the new quota of French fiction. ordered by a new government law. Several times indeed, "la Cinq" had been found guilty of broadcasting almost exclusively foreign programs.
Often, the script of an episode consisted on a single line synopsis. The actors was then asked to ad lib the entire show on that only basis.
Wondering how exactly low cost the production was, as some episodes were barely edited... can't help remembering that one showing some guy (unidentified) filming with a JVC camcorder after having opened a door... maybe it lasted 10 seconds, it had nothing to do with the 'storyline' but it was there, it was filmed, not cut out... aired... and it was odd!...
