- Contestants frequently hook up on the show. Some do it for fun, while others are emotionally connected to each other.
- Women sometimes get naked and swim in the pool. This is the case most notably in Invasion of the Champions where 3 women sit next to each other in a pool naked. There is also a pool filled with naked women on Vendettas.
- On Final Reckoning, three couples are having sex in the same room. One women asks the other man to take their dick out and later performs oral sex on him. That same man later jumps out of bed and leaves the room. At another point during that season, a women asks anyone if they have ever given oral sex before, and one women admits to it.
- Hookups often play a big part in the drama in the house, especially if someone cheats on someone else.
- A power couple has sex on WOTW1. We don't see the act since there are blankets covering their bunk bed, but we do hear moaning. They are overheard by a group of people, one of them being the ex of one of the people having sex.

- Some competitions are very brutal and cause injuries to the players. This was the case on Double Agents when two players where sent home due to injuries during a wrestling challenge on a moving truck.
- There are a lot of fights that frequently take place on the show, some get physical and result in players getting sent home by production.
- Security sometimes has to step in and break up fights between players before they get physical and violate the rules.
- There was a fight on Final Reckoning where a man got body slammed over pasta.
- A very gruesome fight takes place on The Duel II, as one man tries to heavily injure the other man.
Profanity

- Players constantly swear and talk down to other people in the house and at challenges. There is so much profanity that only fuck and sometimes shit is censored. It's to the point where any younger viewer who watches the show will realize what the bleeped word is being said by all the cast members.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Characters attend bars all the time and get severely drunk. This then leads to some players making bad decisions or get into huge fights.
- Contestants often smoke cigarettes.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The fights on this show are very intense and may disturb younger viewers. Security often has to get involved in the fights, which make the fights very graphic and disturbing.
- Contestants often cry on this show, especially after they get into an altercation or if they lose in an elimination.
