When Holloway is put at the back of the ice-cream truck, you can see that the ice-cream truck as only two ice-cream cones on the top of the truck vanilla and strawberry. One the next scene when the ice-cream truck is driving away it has 3 ice-cream cones: vanilla, strawberry and chocolate.
When Major Jack Holloway's wife gets stabbed, she lies on the floor looking upwards you see blood from her mouth running down the right side of her face, on the next scene it shows that she no longer has blood in the right side of her face.
RPGs don't cause cars to flip, as depicted on screen. A RPG would certainly do damage but the flip is fiction, and there was clearly something under the vehicle to cause the flip.
When one of the commando enter Major Holloway's house by the window, you can see the silencer of his gun waving.
Major Jack meets up with his family. This works in the movie, but any Veteran military man and especially a Major would know, not do this. This would be the first place the military would look for him, and would try to acquire him this way. This just wouldn't happen in reality.
When Sparks and the Majors daughter do there roll at the end of the film, the stuntman is clearly doing this dive with a dummy, and there are two cuts were you can clearly see it, and the dummy is also taller then the girl playing the majors daughter, very obvious.
In the opening scene when all of the military people are marching, there is a brief cut and one of the extras in that scene looks at the Camara, clearly the mistake was left in, and is a mistake.
Major Jack enters the hospital to save his wife from a severe knife wound. This is understandable, but he should have left long before the scene with his daughter happened. Even the late nineties when this film takes place there was still television and even internet, so someone should have recognized him almost immediately, and he just wouldn't been able to stay at the hospital as long as he did, it just wouldn't happen.
