Posing as a new video for 1986 VHS audiences, this sloppy compilation movie has John Holmes fronting the vignettes as host, taking us around L.A. to supposedly observe couples having sex. He intones platitudes about the danger of sexual repression and in a cartoon-type bubble is superimposed over some scenes interrupting the action.
Most confusing moment comes when the couple Holmes and the viewer is spying upon is Amber Lynn and Holmes himself, but he glosses over the paradox. He is simply being excerpted from one of his own videos, earning two screen credits upfront, one for hosting and one as a "special appearance".
Veterans R. Bolla and Harry Reems ham it up in their sequences, while Bunny Bleu gets a prominent credit in the opening crawl but only has a momentary NonSex bit part in the movie. Kim Carson gets two character names, since she is compiled from two different shows.
The sex is dull and even the credits are botched, as Crystal Breeze has a lesbian sex scene with Shaun Michelle but is omitted from the listings.
