"The Sperminator" implies a pun on the Schwarzenegger hit, but it's merely a phony title for an uninteresting porn feature about a Clinic where folks with sexual issues attend for therapy. Let's face it, there is no Better Business Bureau covering the porn industry.
Honey Wilder is effectively cast as Dr. Atwell, who runs the Atwell Institute. Her patients are treated with sex by the staff, a rather common-sense approach to helping with sexual dysfunction, but rather dumb -there's no drama or romance in this perfunctory film.
It's very sloppy: a leading character has different names at the beginning of the movie compared to later in the movie -zero continuity.
Patients include Rachel Ashley, Karen Summer and Jerry Butler, all of whom have sex with the staff. In particular, Honey takes Butler under her wing and first has a romance with him (highly unprofessional, though she is shown to be a New Age type in her work and philosophy), then assigns him to service Rachel. The very sexy Crystal Breeze is a therapist and she also has sex with Rachel.
Both Butler and Joey Silvera (who plays Karen's husband) are permitted to improvise dialogue, trying to be funny or even confuse their co-stars. Yuck!
