Flick needs glasses to see, but does not want his friends to know because he thinks it will make him less cool. When Peanut and Jelly dispute over a complimentary gesture, Mayor Jeff tells them a story about a disagreeing pair.
Jelly finds a creature in the lake, thus she tells about it to her siblings and friends who are mostly doubtful unless she has proof. Peanut needs his special marble to win a game, but lended it earlier to Jelly who lost it in the house.
When Peanut joins Flick and Munchy in a pretend thrill journey, Butter sneaks into her brother's backpack. Flick comes across the Snooty pups' RC flying saucer, and wants to keep it, but his Otter friends think he should return the toy.
Peanut and Jelly face the challenge of bathing a reluctant Butter. When Mayor Jeff puts up an exhibit of his toilet seat collection, PB&J decide to play with a rare yellow one which is the main attraction.
Flick is chosen by his buddies to be kid mayor, but he cares about having special treatment than keeping his campaign vows. Because Ootsie and Bootsie's parents are out for a day, and their caretaker is ill, the Otters invite them in.
Bootsie hires lumberjacks to cut down a tree because it is in her golf ball's path, but her friends, who are playing in the tree, are determined to keep it standing. Flick repeatedly scares PB&J with false bear alerts just for fun.
Bubbles the fish seems to have a problem, thus the Otter kids must figure it out. The high-tech video game console of Ootsie and Bootsie uses a great amount of power that it triggers a power outage all over town.
Pinch accidentally rips Jelly's cape, and Jelly finds it hard to forgive her. When Peanut sees Ootsie and Bootise don large shoes, he wears a similar pair with disastrous results.
A baby turtle thinks Peanut is his mother, and wants to be with the otter boy all the time. Bubbles suddenly goes missing, but PB&J are determined to find him.
When Peanut wins two tickets to a stunt show, but Jelly is not interested in the event, he has to choose between Flick and Munchy to bring along. Mayor Jeff is called to watch over the Otter kids while their parents are out for a while.
Butter's favorite blanket flies away in the wind. Pinch's doll falls into the river, and it's up to PB&J and Munchy, playing as caped super heroes, to save it.
Mayor Jeff laments that the tree he treasures is in its final days, thus the little otters try to rejuvenate it. When Flick notices an injured Pinch is receiving gifts from friends, he pretends to be hurt so he can get similar treatment.
The Otter kids catch and place a glowing insect in a jar to be their pet, but the little hexapod is not happy about it. The Snooties invite their neighbors to a fancy dinner where tricky etiquette traditions make the code.
The Otter kids aim to decorate their home like a fine dining place to celebrate their parents' wedding anniversary. Butter rings the bell which helps prevent a boat crash, but she is mistaken for Peanut who is being awarded at a ceremony.
Flick challenges PB&J in an inflatable raft race, thinking he is assured of victory because of the shape of his feet. Munchy is having a bad day after his friends' approaches to him, which are meant to be friendly, are not to his liking.
PB&J squabble over what to watch on TV, and their parents would not side with either of them, they let their friends decide on the dispute. The Otter kids find an adorable frog in the woods, and opt to give it to Munchy as a gift.
