My review was written in September 1983 after watching the video on a Vestron video cassette.
In the burgeoning area of physical fitness videotapes, "Eroticise" spotlights six attractive women exercising for an obvious target audience of male voyeurs rather than female health-conscious consumers. The format is similar to Ron Harris' influential aerobics productions, but the selling point is nudity.
After preliminary exercises (with the attendant usual warning to the participating viewer regarding overexertion), the last 40 minutes of "Eroticise" feature the women either singly or in groups in vaious degrees of undress, including total nudity. Nearly all nude scenes involve leaving on one's leg warmers, today's variant on traditional sexy underwear as a turn-on for voyeurs.
Two-camera format, taped outdoors on a wooden patio, is technically well-done. With silent shooting plus middle-of-the-road music accompanying the exercises. One unidentified attractive brunette does not strip until a playful hot tub finale, but can be seen miming the exercise countdown to lead the other women. They all have good figures, though being chosen for zoftig attributes rather than a trim, athletic look. In particular, top-billed Kitten Natividad, featured in several Russ Meyre films, proves to be a game trouper executing tiring situps and leg-lifts when in fact jiggling her oversized upper torso is all that would normally be required.
