This short film supports the old adage "never act with children or animals" by showing moving picture images of both at their scene stealing best. Children and/or babies are shown reacting to their participation in a parade, being an acrobatic prop with an even more dangerous element, using a toy car in an adult traffic situation, boxing in front of an appreciative audience of their peers with one boxer getting cheers for what is happening to him rather than what he is doing, reacting to being fed and pampered, and reacting to a Tom & Jerry cartoon. Children and animals are combined by showing baby animals, including a bear cub feeding himself with a baby bottle, two other bear cubs having more problems getting their food, another two bear cubs demonstrating their clumsiness, a man experiencing professional hazards in photographing bear cubs, and a woman treating a small chimpanzee like a human baby. Children and animals are combined in a different way when a group of children are shown reacting to differing sets of newborn animals.
