- A man lying in a bed begs a woman for a handjob and she gives in to his pleas. Her hand is seen going up and down under the sheets and the man's heavy breathing is heard. They are watched by two other men. No nudity.
Violence & Gore

- A man threateningly grabs another man's throat.
- A man flees from two pursuers. He knocks over things in his way, climbs on a tank truck and jumps off.
- A young man and a woman are about to cross the street when a tank truck comes down the road. The woman pushes the young man off the street (he is not hurt) but she is hit by the truck. She is shown with a little blood on her nose and gurgling sounds come out of her mouth, implying she is bleeding internally.
- A man pulls out a fold-out knife and makes an incision into a woman's throat. He inserts a straw in the hole, sucks blood out of it and spits it out, cleaning the woman's lungs. The cut is not graphic, but the woman is shown bleeding from it.
- A man hugs a radiator twice in the film, and both times he's pulled away from it. He is later shown with wet towels on his arms, implying he has burned himself.
- A male supporting character is the owner of a gun shop. In one scene, he examines a shotgun and then sells it to another man.
- A young man falls to the ground, pretending he's having a seizure.
- Two men are shown practising martial arts.
- A man suddenly grabs a woman's throat and throws her to the ground. Another man calms him down and pulls him away.
- A man forcefully hits a woman in the face and she lands on the ground. He tells her voices in the head told him to do it. She ties him to a bed after he asks her to do so.
- A man pushes a woman into a puddle of mud on the ground. She starts to cry and throws mud at him. Another man pulls him away.
- A man soaks a piece of cloth in anesthetic and forcefully pushes it on two men's faces at gunpoint.
- A man shoots the fire alarm button, causing the alarm to go off.
- A man points his gun at another man. A third armed man appears, drops his gun and convinces the first man not to shoot.
- A man is attacked by another man who points his gun at the man's forehead. A woman convinces the man not to shoot, and he only slaps the man in the face with the barrel of his gun.
- A man kicks a TV off a table and starts screaming while he smashes it with a chair. Four people hold him to the ground and another gives him an injection. He is later shown strapped to a bed.
- A young man breaks a lamp into small pieces and eats them. He bleeds profusely from his mouth. Three people break into his room and remove the shards from his mouth. He is carried away to the hospital.
- A man sits on the edge of a roof and threatens a woman that he'll jump. In the same scene, a man and a woman jump hand in hand from the roof and land into a pond.
Profanity

- "Hell", "damn", "shit", "fucked-up" are sporadically used. "Fucking" is used in English.
- A minor character uses particularly crude language during almost all of her screentime, but her appearances are very brief.

- Most of the film is set in a psychiatric clinic. Patients are often shown lurking in corners, while some of them are quite creepy or unpredictable in their moods.
- A man is plagued by nightmares and visions of his dead wife.

Sex & Nudity
- A man is shown showering (his bare buttocks, back and torso can be seen). He gets out of the shower, walks towards a sitting woman and rests his head on her lap. It is revealed that the woman was only a hallucination.
Violence & Gore
- A man tells a woman that another man's wife died in an explosion at a gas station. It is later revealed that the woman committed suicide by throwing her lit cigarette into a puddle of leaked fuel after a quarrel with her husband. He sees the explosion from a mirror. Only flames are shown.
- Two men point guns at each other. One of them shoots the other in the gut. The wounded man's shirt becomes blood red (the wound is briefly shown). It is later revealed that the man died in the hospital.
- A woman tells a man her mother died because a hairdryer fell into the bathtub while she was in it. It is revealed that a patient (and an admirer of the daughter) threw the hairdryer into the tub on purpose. Not graphic, only the woman's lifeless body floating in the bathtub is shown.
- The same murderer described in the scene above attempts to kill another man by throwing a toaster into the bathtub. However, the man in the tub catches the toaster and survives.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The flashback of the hairdryer murder (see Violence), intercut with the similar attempted murder, is quite disturbing.
