Dark as a grave
dbdumonteil3 July 2010
Based on a terrific French novel by famous team Pierre Boileau /Thomas Narcejac -who wrote "Diaboliques" and "Vertigo") - "Les Visages DE L'Ombre ,this MTV work is faithful like a dog to the novel ,which is fine with me.

A wealthy industrialist has been severely wounded and is now blind. His wife and the others treat him kindly but he feels that something is happening behind his back:lost in his night,he is powerless and terrified when he begins to discover strange things: the house where he is spending his holidays may not be THE house;he asks from help from his brother but the latter is a sick man ,fond of the bottle;in the cemetery he discovers his own grave ;his terror knows no more bounds. And he's alone in the dark...Did they plan to get rid of him? This TV movie is a remake of David Eady's "faces in the dark" (1960)
