This program offers a half hour of aerobics which can be done at high or low intensity, or alternating between the two for an interval training effect to maximize fat burning. Upper and lower body toning segments precede and follow the aerobics which can be done with or without dumbbells or ankle weights.Written by
Brandy's Leotard Rating for this Tape is 7.5 Leotards! FIRST SECTION I really like the first section, the upper body workout workout with light weights, & it gives a nice overall arm, shoulder, chest & back areas workout. But I wish it were a little longer. Her chest/bust exercises are effective one's, but not the most inspiring.& Still you can get a nice quick over all upper body routine out of this section.
SECOND SECTION As any of you who have read my Leotard Reviews before, know Brandy does Not like Dancing Workouts and Jane's Aerobic routine falls into that type of exercise for me! I must admit, this one is a little more fun to me than most
I do not think you need a Masters In Dance Movements, to follow it or at least not feel like a complete idiot with two left feet! Well, maybe I am the only one who feels like that! But Thank-Goddess, No one is up at 5:00 AM to see me do this dancing stuff except the dog!
THIRD SECTION This section is for working the lower section, hips thighs, legs, stomach, etc. It to seems very good, but could be a little longer for my liking. What I really wish, was that Jane had made this tape with the Upper Body workout & the Lower Body workout together. Then those of us who wanted to just workout could do so, while those of you who wanted to do the Dancey Steppy Routines could dance your hearts out! To be fair I did like her western Dance part & her Irish Dance part. This is a good tape to have in a collection. I think we all need a variety of tapes, to keep us motivated & not bored! Guess that's why I have 7-8 boxes of tapes to go through now, Thank you, Brandy.Champagine
