Zero Sector: a shadowy Internal Affairs like division of the Tokyo P.D., the operatives in this organization have no history, no family, no friends and no connections. Their continuing mission is get rid of corrupt cops, political figures or criminals who have been deemed untouchable by the law and not worthy of a fair trial. One such woman in this division is Rei, a seductive cop with a usually cold stare and a mean gun in her thigh holster who never fails to complete a case. But this time, Rei may find herself in serious hot water when she, her partner Inspector Oda and Takako, a reformed juvenile offender witness what appears to be a hit a run incident of an innocent young man. But as it turns out, it's really vehicular homicide and when the three of them start getting too close to the investigation, people within Rei's division are being tasked with 'shutting' the three of them up. With the lives of her new friends on the line, Rei will have to go further outside of the normal boundaries of the law than even she herself is able to go in order to get to the bottom of this case.
