Feeling as fit as a fiddle, fearless carnival stunt performer Stefos catches the eye of mysterious Max Coleman, the cynical representative of a New York-based multinational corporation specialised in organ transplants. Drowning in debt, it doesn't take long before Stefos unwisely accepts Coleman's lucrative offer to sell him his heart; of course, the precious organ will be his for the taking after Stefos' death. However, as Stefos signs a binding contract and starts having a slice of the good life, the invisible noose around the daredevil's neck tightens, and the buyers become increasingly anxious to see results. Will they let Stefos live before he sells his body, piece by piece?
