Let's face it: the porn industry is spoiled with limitless demand and profit potential. Who cares about quality and plot? Any idiot with a girlfriend and a web camera can become a producer of an adult film to put on a website. Here in the 75 orgy is plenty of what we've all seen before: oral, dildo, group sex, et cetera. But a certain level of excitement is often missing. Often a climax is simply moaned instead of screamed out. One scene looked like it would be hot with a couple using a strap on, but she put it in with her hand, instead! So, like in any movie, quantity can't always count for quality even though it can grab more attention than the next video on the shelf. Porn fans might like to spot the late John Holm's wife, Laurie, in most scenes and a small part for Sharon Mitchell, now a counselor for adult film actors who might have STD or AIDS.

Is it just me, or did anyone else count 76 nurses? Because I am pretty sure it was 76. Other than that, good movie. These young actresses did a really good job of portraying their characters fervor for being nurses and helping people. 9 out of 10 stars (only because of the extra nurse not included in the title)
