I bought Total Stretch! and think it's fantastic. Mr. Leritz is easy to follow and is good for use on a daily basis. He starts out slow and relaxing...and ends up with a fun in aerobic workout combination. Best of the stretch videos out there. I'm looking forwards to more exercise videos by Lawrence Leritz.
