- Premier Alexander Romanov: We Romanovs have our legacy to consider.
- President Michael Dugan: I don't give a wooden nickel about your legacy!
- Soviet newscaster: [the intro to Operation: Big Apple] Our nation's sub-leaders presided over the parade today in the Red Square to celebrate their ongoing victory over the United States. Premier Romanov himself presented the Order of Stalin to the hero of the campaign, General Vladimir.
- Yuri: We both know the truth comrade. Just because Vladimir can retreat to Moscow more quickly, does not mean that he should take all the credit, right? But, no matter. Let me share something with you.
- [goes to three vats with brains inside each one]
- Yuri: The human brain is a Pandora's box of electrical charges which we can only begin to understand. Now, most brains are but receivers, but some are advanced, sending and receiving charges. As they choose.
- [goes to his Psychic Beacon]
- Yuri: This is my Psychic Beacon. With it, we can send any message we want. We will construct this device everywhere. In the end the Americans will be ours. Mind, body, and if you like, soul. Comrade, begin the Psychic invasion in New York City. A victory there could not possibly escape Romanov's eyes.
- Yuri: [the intro to Operation: Weathered Alliance] It seems that we should have a talk. You and I.
- [shows slides of Stalin]
- Yuri: When the Soviet Union was new, there were some of us who turned to Stalin for our particular skills. This is when we trained to submit men's minds to our will. This is Stalin's psychic legacy. I tell you this, because I know that you're too smart not to be curious.
- [Shows a picture of Professor Einstein]
- Yuri: We have a situation. That little rat Einstein has created another device for the allies that harnesses the energy from storm clouds overhead. Almost whimsical, but effective. Destroy this device with the nuclear missiles that I will supply you, and get our forces moving again.
- Lt. Zofia: Comrade General. By now, I have moved Vladimir's command to you. The weather conrol device is located here in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- [looks back, then turns to you]
- Lt. Zofia: Sir, I am not quite clear on your intentions. But, if you have a move in mind, now is the time to make it.
- Female officer: [the White House is shown] Mr. President, it's General Carville of the Pentagon on line 5.
- President Michael Dugan: [Presses on his Speaker Phone] This is Dugan.
- Gen. Ben Carville: Mr. President, I'm afraid we have a heck of a situation down here.
- President Michael Dugan: [Signals to his aide to leave and she leaves] How bad could it be, Ben?
- Gen. Ben Carville: According to NORAD we've got Soviet aircraft coming at us from all directions and ground troops pushing up through Mexico. I don't know how they snuck in on us.
- President Michael Dugan: You better double check this with NORAD. This doesn't make any sense. I'll call the Kremlin,
- Gen. Ben Carville: Will do.
- [Hangs up the phone]
- Gen. Ben Carville: [Then Dugan reaches for one of his red telephones that's labeled Moscow]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: [Picks up the phone] Da, Premier Romanov here.
- President Michael Dugan: What's going on over there, Alex?
- Premier Alexander Romanov: Why, Mr. President. Why ever do you mean?
- President Michael Dugan: Alex, I...
- [His aide shows him a Top Secret file and he looks at it]
- President Michael Dugan: I have um... you're throwing everything you've got at us Alex. We're supposed to be Allies, you maniac. I'm the on that put you into office.
- Premier Alexander Romanov: Listen very carefully. I'm not your pet, Mr. president. We Romanovs have a legancy to consider.
- President Michael Dugan: I don't giave a wooden nickle about your legancy. You call them off. Alex, you call them off. You know, we'll retaliate.
- Premier Alexander Romanov: [Looking up towards Yuri, who also picks up a phone] Oh, don't be so sure Mr. President.
- [Hangs up the phone]
- Gen. Ben Carville: [Putting Carville on speaker phone] Sir.
- President Michael Dugan: Verification?
- Gen. Ben Carville: You betcha.
- President Michael Dugan: Sweet Mother. It's time to hit back, make it happen.
- Gen. Ben Carville: Yes sir.
- [Signals to activate a modem sounding device]
- Gen. Ben Carville: This is General Carville. Sovietinvasion confirmed.
- [the scene goes to 2 officers in a nuclear missile launching complex]
- Gen. Ben Carville: Execute launch order: 0,1,0, Alpha, Delta, Charlie.
- Watch Officer Jerry Boyd: We have confirmation. Missiles primed.
- Watch Officer #2: [Opens up a box] Armed.
- Watch Officer Jerry Boyd: [the phone rings and Boyd answers it] Missile command.
- [a strange niose is on the other end and Boyds becomes weird]
- Watch Officer #2: 10 seconds to launch. Open the missile silos.
- [Boy takes out his gun]
- Watch Officer #2: Jerry, what? We have to open the silos or they'll explode on the...
- [Boyd pulls the hammer back on his gun]
- Watch Officer #2: The Silo dorrs are closed. This is suicide!
- [the Missiles fire ad explode once they hit the silo doors, destroying the complex]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: Is it done, Yuri?
- Yuri: [Revealing himself] No, commerade Premier. It has only begun.
- BBC newscaster: [the intro to Operation: Sub-Divide] Thousands of Parisians fleeing their homes today as...
- Night Hawk: [the scene goes to the Golden gate bridge] Absolute chaos Jim. We don't even know if there's a president out there to call
- [seeing some Apocalypse tanks coming]
- Night Hawk: Wh... Wait.
- Premier Alexander Romanov: [the scene goes to Romanov] The United States is on its knees. We owe this...
- [Yuri puts his hand on Romanov's shoulder and Romanov grunts]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: v... victory... to the superior leadership on the part of yourself
- [Vladimir comes onto screen]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: and General Vladimir.
- Gen. Vladimir: Thank you. Your greatness was succeeded by your generals.
- Premier Alexander Romanov: I...
- [grunts again]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: have a special announcement to make. Following our great sucess. I am promoting Yuri.
- [Vladimir looks surprised]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: To supreme commander of Soviet armed forces.
- Gen. Vladimir: [surprised] What?
- Premier Alexander Romanov: Effective immediately.
- Gen. Vladimir: [angerly] You are behind this Yuri! I know this for a fact!
- [Vladimir fades off screen]
- Yuri: It appears that our General is unhappy. Pity. We have work to do General. The Allied Pacific fleet gathers near Hawaii. You are to destroy the Allied Fleet at Pearl harbor and establish a new presence for us.
- Korean commander: [Korean Commander looking through his binoculars] Form up! All ships, at the ready!
- Lt. Zofia: We have a situation that requires your immediate attention, comrade General. The Republic of Korea has made a move that we did not anticipate. I am tracking Korean vessels en route to what I expect to be a landing near Vladavostok. Comrade General, the Premier reqests your immediate attention. I'll put you through.
- Premier Alexander Romanov: Ah, Comrade. I was just reassuring Comrade Yuri that we have nothing to fear from the republic of Korea.
- Yuri: Perhaps the Premier is forgetting he must remind the world of his eminence.
- Premier Alexander Romanov: [looking puzzled] Yes. Well, yes.
- Yuri: But, do not be troubled. The General here, after doing so well with New York, surely can handle the threat.
- Premier Alexander Romanov: Perhaps. But I think we should call Vladimir.
- Yuri: As you wish, Comrade Premier.
- [the scene goes to Vladimir, who is in a hot tub with two women]
- Yuri: General?
- [Vladimir excuses the women and tries to answer to Yuri but he is cut off]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: [laughs] Da. He is war hero. He needs rest.
- [laughs again slightly]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: Take care of the republic of Korea, comrade. Show them how we treat our enemies.
- Yuri: [the intro to Operation: Red Revolution] Comerade General, you have been a lot more tenacious that I have thought. What a great threat you are to your enemies. Do me this favor, grace me with your presence in Moscow. So, I may thank you in person.
- Lt. Zofia: Before you go anywhere, comrade, you should see this.
- [shows a video tape]
- Lt. Zofia: It just arrived today. It says to be mailed in event of Premier's death.
- [inserts the tape]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: [holding his head and trying to talk] If... you... have... received this. Then, I presume by now I'm finally... dead. I'm... losing... I do'nt know... how to... Oh mother Russia. I'm forgeting... words.
- [maintains his composure]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: Yuri, he is controlling my mind. He has killed me. When I'm... gone now, the command is yours. Send this tape far and wide. Take my country back for the glory of Russia and the spirit of justice.
- Lt. Zofia: I think you're satisfied now, da? Yuri has a big stronghold just outside Moscow and has amassed his own forces. But, the bulk of the army is yours.
- [puts her hand up slightly]
- Lt. Zofia: Don't. Don't speak, General. They are listening for you now. If we do not speak again,
- [salutes you]
- Lt. Zofia: it has been an honor to serve you.
- BBC newscaster: [the Intro to Operation: City Of Lights] With The United States reeling from one bloody blow after the other, American President Mike Dugan is calling to European allies from an unknown location.
- President Michael Dugan: We now ask for your help. The United States was Romanov's first target.
- [the G.I.'s in the background are trying to hold back the Canadian flag]
- President Michael Dugan: Join our fight, or we will not be his last.
- BBC newscaster: French General Renee Lyon, is calling for a quick Allied commitment. But, so far, the 2 countries have been slow to operate.
- Premier Alexander Romanov: [the scene goes to Romanov and Yuri] Comrade. It appears we have underestimated the cowardice of our European neighbors. It seems the French, has gathered together with the German army along the Polish border.
- Yuri: But, the fools have left their homelands exposed. Show them the meaning of soviet irony. Invade Paris, and use our Tesla technology to short circuit their plans.
- Premier Alexander Romanov: Leave... nothing.
- President Michael Dugan: [during Operation: Fox and the Hound] Listen to me you Soviet scum. You can rude around all you want. But, you'll never find me, and you'll never take me.
- [begins to laugh]
- President Michael Dugan: You call yourself a general? We're laughing at you red.
- [laughs slightly]
- [the intro to Operation: Eagle Dawn]
- [On the phone with President Dugan]
- Gen. Ben Carville: Mr. President
- [waves to you]
- Gen. Ben Carville: the Europeans will be asking for our help before too long. Yes, sir. I'll take care of it.
- [hangs up the phone, wipes his eyes and knocks files off of his desk]
- Gen. Ben Carville: It just ain't right. We shouldn't have to beg for help from anyone. Premier Romanov's got that whole continent shaking in their boots.
- [Shows you a slide of pictures]
- Gen. Ben Carville: Romanov's sending his bulldog General Vladimir in for our air bases. His forces are roaming through the country like an angry bull at a Texas rodeo. At 0500 this morning, we detected a large force of Soviet tanks assembling near the air force academy at Colorado Springs.
- Lt. Eva Lee: [coming in on screen] Sir, an urgent message from Special agent Tanya on the field.
- Special Agent Tanya Adams: It looks like the commies have captured the academy, General.
- Gen. Ben Carville: But, why the devil you wait 'till now to contact us? We can't let Vladimir take that air base.
- Special Agent Tanya Adams: With all due respect General, we've been a little busy.
- Gen. Ben Carville: Commander, get Tanya out of the hole she dug for herself and make her useful would ya? I'm sure she'll appreciate it.
- Special Agent Tanya Adams: The he...
- [Carville cuts her off]
- Gen. Ben Carville: We seem to have lost Tanya's transmission. Go to it, Commander.
- President Michael Dugan: [the intro to Operation: Free Gateway] Beautiful job in Hawaii, Commander. I know you have your heart set on seeing the beach in Waikiki. But, we have new business in St. Louis.
- Gen. Ben Carville: [Coming in on screen] The heart of Missouri is now the feeding breast for all of our ground control operations in the country. We'd be in sorry shape without her. The problem is that Yuri and his psychic corps have dropped another Psychic Beacon in the town.
- President Michael Dugan: I never wanted to send in you against our own citizens. But those psychic beacons are turning upstanding Americans into Soviet-controlled killers. Move fast, and move wisely, and try not to hurt my constituents. Alright?
- Lt. Eva Lee: Unfortunately, you may have to. Agent Tanya's strike team is ready and standing by, but we can't tell how long they can go before the beacon takes its effect on them.
- [gets a signal on her headphones]
- Lt. Eva Lee: One moment, commander.
- Special Agent Tanya Adams: Oh, she's not kidding, commander. If we don't move fast enough, we'll all become slaves to Romanov and his slimeball Yuri. You understand me. There is nothing worse for a soldier, than losing her mind.
- [Readies an AK-47]
- Special Agent Tanya Adams: We're trusting you.
- Yuri: [the intro to Operation: Desecaration] Generals, Soldiers, Comerades. this is a sad day. Premier Alexander Romanov, so recently ill in bed. Has been brutally murdered by General Vladimir.
- Premier Alexander Romanov: [footage of Romanov in hospital] No! General Vladimir!
- [gun cocks in background]
- Yuri: As of 10:15 this evening, General Vladimir is a "Non-Person". He is also refuse to be collected. I sense that he is held up in the White House. Home of the corrupt. Capture the white house, and find this "Non-Person". Then, you can erase him as we have already erased his name.
- Gen. Ben Carville: [Carville is packing his things up] No rest for the wicked, commander. We're both being shipped to Germany. I'm going to Berlin, where we're planning our final thrust. Romanov is no fool. He's hittin' us pretty hard over there. His main target is Einstein's Black Forest lab. I want you to hook up with the locals and keep him the Sam Hill away from that lab. Einstein is our ace in hole, we can't afford to lose him.
- [opens his office door; a man with dynamite tied to himself is seen outside]
- Gen. Ben Carville: Auf wiederseh...
- [the dynamite blows up; the screen turns to static]
- Lt. Eva Lee: [the intro to Operation Fallout] We're all sorry about General Carville commander. The Soviets are using their Crazy Ivans everywhere. Carville said that you will be the one that will lead us to victory. Well, it seems you're proving him right.
- [Eva gets a signal on her headphones]
- Lt. Eva Lee: Commander, I have Doctor Einstein on closed circuit channel 2.
- Prof. Albert Einstein: Allow me to say Danke Shoen commander. Thank you for saving my home. I have something that how shall we say to even the score ya? You are aware of my Chronosphere. It is a device which is capable of moving matter through time and through space... I have thought many long days and nights for the perfect place on where to deploy this weapon. There is only one small problem.
- [comes to the globe and points to Florida]
- Prof. Albert Einstein: The perfect place is to be here, on a tiny island in the Florida Keys, only a few short kilometers from Soviet Cuba.
- [sees an explosion from outside]
- Prof. Albert Einstein: Oh. I must get back to work.
- Lt. Eva Lee: I have just received reprots of Soviet nukes in the area. It'll make Chronosphere deployment quite a challenge, good luck commander.
- Gen. Ben Carville: [the intro to Operation: Eagle Dawn] Well, I've gotta hand it to you kid. I've never seen Tanya stick her neck out for anybody. She's on an assignment back home, but she asked me to convey any regards she can muster. Oh, and you really impressed those Germans too. So, in appreciation, their chancellor has put us in touch with their leading citizen. Doctor Einstein, you still there?
- Prof. Albert Einstein: [drawing something on his chalkboard] Ja. Ja. I am here, one moment. Well, commander. You know of course, that war is not my vocation. I am only a scientist. But Sovet premier Romanov and his generals, they will stop at nothing, to rule the minds and the bodies of everyone on the planet, when they have the psycic technology to do this. But, I too. I know a few tricks.
- [faxes you a blueprint of a new base defense system]
- Prof. Albert Einstein: These are plans for a Prism Tower. Your president, he has expressed great interest in its application.
- Gen. Ben Carville: Thanks, Doc. Commander, the reds have established a forward base near D.C. with the ability ot deploy Tesla Coils. Now, they're pretty well entrenched. But, I think if we can take the capital back we can turn the tide. I am tired of hanging out in Canada. Get me my office back!
- Navy Seal: Lil' C4, Knockin' at yer door!
- Lt. Eva Lee: [at the beginning of the first Allied mission] Commander, good morning. We have instituted the president's emergency Lazarus Protocol. I'm Lieutenant Eva; The intel officer assigned to your command. Since you're the only commander left alive, I'm pretty lucky to have a job.
- [Eva accesses some pictures]
- Lt. Eva Lee: It appears we have suffered full scale Soviet invasion. Nearly all of our major cities are under siege and our forces are in complete disarray.
- [gets a signal on her headphones]
- Lt. Eva Lee: Hold on commander, I'm getting a special transmission from General Carville at the Pentagon.
- Gen. Ben Carville: I hope you're rested and ready commander, because as of 0800 hours you're in control of every satellite, base, tank, airplane, enlisted man, woman and child in the eastern United States. You answer to the president, and you answer to me. Your ops officer and vital lifeline will be the lieutenant. Your point man for this mission will be Special Agent Tanya.
- Special Agent Tanya Adams: General, I hope that our commander is up to speed, because we have no time to waste.
- Gen. Ben Carville: I'm sure she has every confidence in you commander.
- Special Agent Tanya Adams: [sarcastically] Oh you're sure. Well, it's not your life that's on the line out here.
- Gen. Ben Carville: [laughs slightly] She's the best there is. But you'll get along better with the Soviets. You'll get started immediately. First stop, New York. The lieutenant will give you the details
- Lt. Eva Lee: Not long ago, the soviets made an amphibious landing on Manhattan Island and their using their ground troops to systematically take over the city. Fortunately, we still have a hold on Fort Bradley, but our comlink has been severed. If you can get agent Tanya into Bradley, she will re-establish the link. Good luck, commander.
- Lt. Zofia: [the begining of the first Soviet mission] Comrade General. My name is Lieutenant Zofia. It will be my job to make sure your command runs smoothly. I have been in over a half a dozen campaign simulations since the great war. It will be an honor to aid your services.
- [Premier Romanov appears on a screen]
- Lt. Zofia: Hold on, comrade. It's Premier Romanov himslef.
- Premier Alexander Romanov: If the lovely Lieutenant Zofia is finished pushing for promotion, I would like to speak with my general please.
- Lt. Zofia: Of course, Premier.
- Premier Alexander Romanov: Comrade General, welcome to the future of Soviet Union.
- [Romanov is holding a turtle]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: I want to introduce you to my little friend. This is Sam.
- [he presses on the turtle's head]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: Like *Uncle* Sam.
- [to the turtle]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: Say hello, little uncle. The Americans, they have turned to the children's futures, it teaches them to fear the Soviet Union. But the little turtle says *big* Russian missiles coming,
- [pressing on the turtle's head and pulling on its tail]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: and he ducks and he covers. Duck, cover.
- [laughs]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: Today, we will make history comrade. Together we'll destroy the United States. Their cities, their homes, their dreams, and perhaps more.
- [puts his hand on Yuri's right shoulder]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: This is my advisor, Yuri. He will help make this possible
- Yuri: I am but a servant of the Soviet Union like you. However, at this moment we must hurry. Time is of the essence.
- [moves out of Romanov's way]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: Comrade general, your first objective will be
- [points his finger at the globe]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: Washington D.C. Show us that we were right to let you sit at our table, comrade General. Crush the allies at the American capital, and destroy the Pentagon.
- Premier Alexander Romanov: [during Operation:Lone Guardian, when the Soviets destroyed the Statue of Liberty] I have a special Invitation for the citizens of the United States from the great Soviet Union. As you see your Liberty, now she lies broken before you. But, in a moments time your once powerful city of New York, will follow in her footsteps. The choice is yours, you can continue to mourn your past, or join us, in the great Soviet Revolution.
- Lt. Eva Lee: [after destroying the psychic amplifier in Chicago in Operation: Last Chance] Commander, they never saw us coming. That was splendid...
- [gets cut off by General Vladimir]
- Gen. Vladimir: Here me you foul American phantom or whoever you are.
- [a Nuclear missile silo is built]
- Gen. Vladimir: You can work your armies like a puppeteer all you want, but this is my play.
- [the nuclear missile readies for launch]
- Gen. Vladimir: Here is the city that you have saved. Without the phsycic amplifier which you so irrationally destroyed, I no longer have much use for it. Behold, the power, of mother Russia!
- [presses the button to detonate the Nuclear missile and a cut scene follows in which Chicago is nuked]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: [during Operation: Fallout in which 3 Nuclear missile Silos are activated] This message goes out to hidden commander. Who continues to dance, but seizes to amuse. Now, is the time to submit to Soviet supremecy commander. After you feel pain from my nuclear bombs, you will wish for another chance.
- Premier Alexander Romanov: [In Operation: Fallout after you have destroyed the Nuclear Missiles]
- [sippping on a cup of tea]
- Premier Alexander Romanov: I've warned you that we will destroy you commander. Now that warning will...
- [the Soviet serviceman whispers something into Romanov's ear]
- Secret Serviceman #1: [nervously] Disabled. Missiles have been disabled.
- Premier Alexander Romanov: [slams his fist to his desk and shouts at the top of his lungs] AAHH! Your time is up commander! And you will be crushed! Very soon!
- Lt. Eva Lee: [the intro to Operation: Deep Sea] No rest for the weary, commander. Sorry to wake you, but General Carville has scheduled an emergency briefing starting in
- [looking at her watch]
- Lt. Eva Lee: Oh, right now.
- Gen. Ben Carville: [Just coming in to The Pentagon] Good morning, commander. I've got good news and bad news.
- [signing in with a log book]
- Gen. Ben Carville: The good news is, uh, it's great to be home again. The bad news is our U2s have picked up a fleet of Soviet ships entering the South Pacific. It appears that General Vladimir is headed for the Pacific command center in Pearl Harbor. As if they can mount a sucessful attack against us!
- [laughs slightly]
- Gen. Ben Carville: I want you to prepare a genuine aloha to that little bulldog Vladimir.
- [he is handed his coffee mug]
- Gen. Ben Carville: Oh, and uh, get yourself a cup of coffee, commander.
- [drinks from his mug]
- Gen. Ben Carville: You look deader than a Texas armadillo.
- [the intro to Operation: Chrono Storm; at a memorial service for General Carville]
- President Michael Dugan: He served his country well, a proud American. And I know Carville would've been proud to see you succeed him as Commander General of the Allied forces. General, we need you to take us the rest of the way. Next stop, the Kremlin. Special Agent Tanya has the job of moving inside the Kremlin and finding Romanov, who will pay for all the millions of innocent lives he took.
- [the scene goes to the American flag flown half staff for Carville as four jets fly by]
- President Michael Dugan: [slghtly whispering] Remember, we're still outnumbered three to one. So, we'll be marching everyone we can through the Chronosphere in the Keys. Once they appear in Russia, they're all yours, Commander. Take the Kremlin, Commander. Let's end this war.
- [walks off with the Secret Service]
- [the U.S. forces have been forced to seek shelter in Canada after a nuclear strike]
- Gen. Ben Carville: I don't know what the Sam Hill happened back there, Commander! But as you can see we're getting set right here. I know, Canada. More cows up here than people...
- Gen. Ben Carville: I'm tired of hangin' out in Canada.
- [points a tiny brass model gatling gun at the camera]
- Gen. Ben Carville: Get me my office back!
