- The female protagonist and her boyfriend kiss a lot throughout the course of the film.
- A young man says he is doing a campaign for "sex in public places" and asks two girls if they think the idea is "hot"
- A young couple has sex behind a couch, He is shirtless and she lies on top of him, kissing him. He then peels off her shirt and unhooks her bra. He then flips her over and she takes off her bra. Her breasts are shown. He then moves down her body below screen. (Cunnilingus is implied but only her facial expressions are shown.)
- Two topless women kiss a man passionately.
- The djinn confronts a college professor about a time the professor raped a young girl. He mimics the girl's voice as well as the sounds of sexual exertions that the professor made.

During this, their breasts bounce up and down, as well as their buttocks. There is some moaning. Afterwards, it can assumed the man ejaculates into She Demon #2.

- A woman begins vomiting up all the fat and blood in her body. She then vomits out her organs, with her body deforming as that is happening. Very bloody and uncomfortable to watch.
- The djinn makes a woman's heart explode.
- The djinn blows a man onto a horned mask.The horn spears the man's body and blood pours out profusely.
- A woman has her eyes and lips gnawed off by rats. The rats are not shown biting but the aftermath is shown and is quite brutal.
- A man has his arm cut off but this is very fake. His arm grows back in is quite bloody.
- Two people fall off a building.
- A man's body is pierced with a sword. Some blood-like matter.
